2.1 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

We work with third-party logistics companies to manage the shipping and delivery of all orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on each article.

The estimated delivery period for every product is listed on its respective product page on our website.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 Delivery Information

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information including full name, delivery address, billing address, contact details, and nearby landmarks.
  • Rangeen by R.A will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

2.4 Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will contact the customer via registered phone or email. Up to three delivery attempts may be made.
  • If the parcel is returned after failed attempts, a second dispatch will incur additional delivery charges payable by the customer.

2.5 Delay in Delivery

  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, political conditions, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  • Customers will be informed of revised delivery timelines through official communication channels.
  • All delay-related communications are documented and may be used in dispute resolution.

2.6 Conduct of Delivery Personnel

  • While we partner with reliable couriers, Rangeen by R.A is not responsible for the conduct or negligence of individual delivery personnel.
  • Any disputes with courier staff must be resolved directly with the courier company.

2.7 Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched, allowing real-time tracking.
  • Tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp upon request.
  • Technical delays in tracking updates may occur and are beyond our control.

2.8 Delivery Charges

  • Pakistan: Free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight. All applicable taxes and customs duties are payable at checkout.

2.9 Customs Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with their country’s customs regulations.
  • Rangeen by R.A is not liable for customs delays, fines, or additional charges.

3. Goods or Services Not Received

A “Goods or Services Not Received” situation occurs when an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe or is marked delivered but not received by the customer.

4. Delivery Address & Confirmation

  • Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Physical signatures are not required.
  • Courier proof of delivery will serve as valid evidence in case of disputes.

5–11. Reporting, Responsibility & Assistance

  • Non-delivery issues must be reported within 3 working days of the expected delivery date.
  • Once a tracking number is issued, it serves as proof of dispatch.
  • All deliveries are contactless; absence of signature does not invalidate delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
