Refund Policy

At Rangeen by RA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are eligible for a refund, we aim to process it promptly and fairly according to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds apply in the following cases:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Your order is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances before dispatch.
  • A product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
  • All refund claims will be reviewed by our team and approved at the discretion of Rangeen by RA.

2. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

3. Refund for Cancellation

  • Approved cancellations will be compensated with store credit equal to the order value.
  • The store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date of approval.
  • Local orders: The refund process takes up to 7 working days.
  • International orders: The refund process takes up to 10 working days.

4. Store Credit

  • Instead of a refund, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • It can be used for purchases on the Rangeen by RA website only.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper care after delivery.
  • Change of mind or sizing issues unless covered under the Exchange Policy.
